• Sharing account details with anyone else is prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Operating an account on behalf of a family member is not permitted.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fanci win reserves the right to verify the identity of members as part of its security policy. Photos of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence may be requested. Verification is mandatory when the withdrawal amount exceeds a specified limit.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on fanci win is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit is not credited for any reason, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed via the deposit method used.
• Withdrawals may be held if verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and conversion costs may be deducted from the member's account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

fanci win offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from the bonus become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is limited to a specific validity period.
• It is generally not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• If a bonus is cancelled without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, fanci win reserves the right to suspend the account.
• Restrictions on using bonuses on certain games may apply.

5.3 Right to Cancel Promotions

fanci win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any advertised promotion or bonus offer at any time. For bonuses already claimed, the original terms will continue to apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using fanci win's services:

• Participating in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards other members or staff.

For any of the above violations, fanci win may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

All content on the fanci win website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of fanci win or its licensors. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Members may view the platform's content for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, the following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Reusing any content from fanci win for commercial purposes.
• Copying parts of the website and publishing them on another platform.
• Using the brand logo or trademarks without authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the site's software or code.

9.1 Suspension by fanci win

fanci win may temporarily or permanently suspend or close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.

• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• Receipt of confirmed information regarding the death of the account holder.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account at their own request. In such cases, the opportunity will be given to withdraw any eligible balance in the account. For self-exclusion, a temporary or long-term option can be chosen.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive and an inactive account maintenance fee may apply. The member will be notified in advance by email regarding this.

10.1 Right to Make Changes

fanci win reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between the member and fanci win and supersede all previous oral or written understandings. If any provision of the Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain valid and in effect.
